Quality Control Systems
In-Line Quality Control
Every garment is inspected at every step of the production process. In-line QC inspectors are stationed throughout the factory floor, identifying and addressing issues at the source before they can propagate to subsequent stages.
Final Quality Control
Before any shipment leaves our facility, a final quality inspection is conducted according to AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards, typically AQL 1.0 to 2.5 depending on client requirements.
In-House Testing Laboratory
DALI maintains an on-site testing laboratory equipped to perform the full range of physical and chemical tests required for garment quality verification:
- Color Fastness — Testing to washing, perspiration, rubbing, and light exposure
- pH Testing — Verifying skin-safe pH levels on all finished garments
- Shrinkage — Dimensional change after washing per care label instructions
- Dimensional Stability — Ensuring garments maintain specified measurements
- Bursting Strength — Fabric structural integrity under pressure
- Seam Strength — Verifying construction durability
